Who’s behind MoonNerd?

Jay Caetano is the creative entrepreneur who began on this venture back in 2005, after receiving his AS in Computer Graphics and New Media from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Since then Jay has received his BS, (Computer Graphics and New Media, JWU) and has goals to continue his education, both to receive his MA and PhD.

While on this journey, Caetano has been featured in numerous design publications nationwide. He has also lectured extensively on design and media related subjects throughout Rhode Island. Jay has also received several rewards, such as:

• JWU School of Technology, Computer Graphics & New Media Faculty Award in recognition of outstanding creative work in the field of Digital Video.
• 3rd Place in the Cultural Life Photography Contest at Johnson & Wales University.

Overall, Caetano enjoys working on projects that involve a mix of web and graphic design, web development, database management and programming.
