We take appropriate steps to manage the privacy of your personally identifiable information and the security of the Site. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

Price Matching (Meet & Beat Guarantee)
The Price Guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors' free offers, clearance offers, mail-in offers, financing, bundle offers or pricing errors. What is considered a local competitor? A design studio, marketing firm and or ad agency located in the same market area as MoonNerd (US Market Only). MoonNerd will not price match to a local competitor's price that has already been reduced by a price match. A proof of documentation (invoice quote, etc.) must be presented via hard copy or electronically to MoonNerd in order for price match to occur. Legitimate reference and contact information must also be provided to verify company exists.

Solutions
If any conflicts occur with a project, such as unforeseeable mistakes, dissatisfaction, technical difficulties, and or computer errors; MoonNerd is not responsible, no discounts or commissions will be rewarded. MoonNerd retains ownership of all art unless specified in writing. It is the client’s responsibility for the verification and payment of any royalties due to the author/photographer/ and illustrator/artists. MoonNerd will provide an estimate with the appropriate discounts applied. MoonNerd reserves the rights to change the estimate at any time as long as MoonNerd lets the client or individual know in advance of extra charges or discounts. MoonNerd is a separate company and is in no way related to the client or individual using MoonNerd solutions. MoonNerd reserves the right to refuse business for any reason stated or not stated. MoonNerd has the right to cancel any contract in progress due to reasons stated or not stated. MoonNerd reserves the right to change any agreement at any time.

Payments
Additional fees and or services may apply that are not listed. Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, Cash, and Credit Cards via Freshbooks/PayPal are the only forms of payment. Checks, Cashier Checks or money orders must be made out to MoonNerd. MoonNerd accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards via Freshbooks/PayPal. If paying by check, cashier check or money order, please mail payment to above address, along with copy invoice. If paying by credit card, please inform us and we will send a payment request via Freshbooks/PayPal. MoonNerd is unable to accept credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address outside of the United States. Payments must be made even if dissatisfied with outcome of work. MoonNerd has the right to ask and to collect a 50% deposit on all orders before work will begin. After the project is approved, the remainder balance is due. All sales are final.

Pro-Bono (Free) Solutions
We do offer pro-bono solutions for the public good. MoonNerd has in the past undertaken projects voluntarily and without payment as a public service for certain organizations. MoonNerd does not discriminate against any organization of age, gender, disability, race, sexual orientation, national origin, religion and etc. Please be aware that we do receive a large number of proposals or requests for further information on our pro-bono solutions. Requests are automatically removed from the system 30 days after submission. How does MoonNerd determine which organization to help? We have a conscience. Our social responsibilities and charity giving keep us involved with the community and in touch with life outside work. Culturally, our workplace practices are focused on everyone benefiting from a good work/life balance and we've adopted a best practice system for pro-bono solution determination. However, MoonNerd does have the right to refuse and or cancel any pro-bono solution at anytime, with or without reasoning.
